specialize in any particular industry area?
While DRD has extensive business
expertise in many industries, DRD began in the computer consulting
industry by serving the Real Estate industry. DRD has served as
consultants to numerous Real Estate Appraisal, Commercial & Residential
Real Estate Brokerage firms, Real Estate Investment firms, and Real
Estate Mortgage & Finance companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and
across the United States. The president of DRD Computer Computer
Consultants holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of North
Texas and formerly held a Real Estate Salesman's license and was a
former State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Do you offer training?
DRD offers both one-on-one and classroom
computer training on virtually all aspects of the computer industry such
as software, hardware, Internet, and operating systems, etc. Both
individuals and groups can be trained by DRD in your home, at your place
of business or at an approved DRD training facility.

How do you charge
for your services?
DRD Computer Consultants typically
charges an hourly rate for all consulting work. However, turnkey
solutions are available for items such as Web Page Design, Custom
Programming, Network Installations, Training and for many other items or
projects. Additionally, block-time service & support agreements are
generally available at a reduced hourly consulting rate.

Do you charge for travel?
In order to keep our hourly consulting
rate low and to help defray increased energy costs, as of February 1st,
2005, DRD began charging a $25.00
local travel charge on all invoices where travel to the customer site is
required within the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
Services performed outside this area requiring travel are subject to
travel expense reimbursement by the client and may include items such as
Hotel, Airfare, and Rental Car expenses.

How do you bill for
your services?
After performing the consulting services
requested, DRD sends an invoice to the customer via U.S. Mail. The new
customer's first invoice is Due Upon
Receipt. All subsequent invoices are delivered
with Net 30 terms.
When purchasing hardware, software, or other tangible products,
payment for such items is due and payable upon receipt of the items
whether delivered to or picked up by the customer.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for
your purchases and invoices. Payments may also be made by company
check, cash, cashiers check, or money order.

DRD offers new client
discounts, referral discounts, and short and long term service & support
agreements at a reduced hourly consulting rate.
